L&P opens in Luxembourg

After London and Vienna, Ludovici Piccone & Partners continues its internationalisation process by opening an office in Luxembourg.
The new office will provide Italian tax assistance to domestic and international clients, with a focus on investment funds, insurance companies, financial and real estate transactions, as well as private banking.
These are key areas for the firm and Luxembourg has consolidated its position as a reference financial centre in such areas, also due to the Brexit. Based on figures, Luxembourg is the second country in the world, after the United States, for assets managed by investment funds (exceeding a 4 trillion euro threshold in 2018), it is home to over 130 international banks from 30 different countries and the market leader in the private insurance industry. Moreover, Luxembourg is constantly able to promote innovative and cutting-edge solutions, as shown by the country launching the first green bond listing platform in the world and a center of excellence in the Fintech field.
The new office will be coordinated by partners Michele Aprile and Loredana Conidi, together with the associate Andrea Gallizioli who will settle in the local offices
